Mold Inbound sends text messages to business owners who have asked to hear from us. Messages relate to audit and consultation requests, appointment scheduling and confirmations, proposals and invoices, updates on work in progress, and occasional service updates or offers.

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Mold Inbound when you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on a form on https://moldinbound.com, or when you give your number to our staff and ask to be texted. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your consent

Mold Inbound does not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages described in this policy, and is disclosed only to the messaging providers who deliver them on our behalf.
