How much does mold remediation marketing cost?
Every engagement is quoted in writing after your free audit, based on your service area, crews and the channels you need. Every plan is month-to-month, and ad spend is paid from your own Google accounts, so you always see what Google charged. See how pricing works.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. If you leave, you keep your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, tracking numbers and data.
How long until I see results?
Call tracking and answering changes show up in the first month. Search ads usually produce calls within weeks. Map-pack and organic gains typically take three to six months, depending on your market.
We only remediate and refer out testing. Can you work with that?
Yes. Many of our mold clients work that way. We build the funnel around assessor referrals and protocols instead of selling inspections you do not do.
Do you work with other mold companies in my area?
Founding clients get market exclusivity: while they stay, we take no other mold remediation company in their service area. For everyone else, we tell you on the audit call if we already work with a company near you. See the founding program.
What is the free audit, really?
We test-call your company during and after hours, review your Google Business Profile and call sources, and walk you through what we found on a 30-minute call. You keep the findings either way.
Is ad spend included?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from accounts you own. Our fee covers the management.
Are there setup fees?
Any one-time setup (for example a new website or call-tracking build) is quoted in writing before work starts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, month to month. Many companies start on Starter and move up once the phones are under control.
Do you build mold remediation websites?
Yes, as part of a plan or as a one-time project. We build for speed, calls and inspection requests, and you own the site.
Do you do AI search optimization?
We structure your site so AI assistants can read and cite it, and we track AI mentions. It is a growing channel, not a replacement for the map pack.
Do you work with water damage restoration companies?
If mold is your main line, yes. If water and fire are, we will tell you so on the audit call and point you to a better fit.
Do you work outside the U.S.?
Not currently. We serve mold companies in the United States.
