This Privacy Policy explains how Logic Inbound, doing business as Mold Inbound ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through https://moldinbound.com and in the course of providing our services.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, company name, website, telephone numbers, email address, and details about your business. When you use our website we also collect technical information sent by your browser, including IP address, device and browser type, the pages you viewed, and the campaign that referred you (for example UTM parameters or an ad click identifier).

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare your audit, deliver the work you engage us for, send proposals and invoices, measure our own marketing, and communicate with you by phone, email, and text message.

Text messaging and your phone number

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Mold Inbound at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who perform work on our behalf (CRM, messaging and telephony providers, analytics, and payment processors) and only to the extent needed to do that work. We also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, generally seven years.

Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
